Hi...I found out I was pregnant on Monday. This was planned, so I'm fairly certain of conception date and how far along I am. I calculate about 4 weeks (ovulation mid January, BFP the 26th). So, a "doctor's 4 weeks" but technically like, 2.
Anyhoo, I've been cramping fairly consistently since ovulation. They feel like PMS cramps. There is no bleeding, but some off-white discharge (ugh, sorry TMI!). This is normal...right?
I was reading that the cramping is, as long as it isn't accompanied by bleeding which I'm not. I'm just nervous!

Totally normal. I felt exactly like I was getting my period the days before and right after getting a BFP. Cramps like it was about to start any minute.
Eta: and yes to the discharge too. Get used to it for the next 36 weeks!

I had cramps but no blood, and that's how I knew I should test (I usually got spotting not too long after the cramps started but I had nothing at all). I had on and of cramping for a while. I didn't have any spotting until around 8 weeks, but I had a low placenta. I would say the cramps are normal as long as they aren't extremely painful or accompanied with bleeding (some spotting is usually ok too).
Congrats and welcome to the board! Cramping (so long as it's not really sharp/painful and accompanied by blood) is totally normal. I've had minor cramping all through the first trimester and periodically since then.

I got my BFP with my son on a January 26! And had the same cramping then (and this time too). I had a completely, normal uneventful pregnancy that time around and I wish the same for you.

I'm actually feeling a bit better today, maybe it's because I know it is normal now, so it's not as noticeable or I'm not paying as much attention. lol

I had the cramping all the time until I hit 8 weeks. Now at 10 weeks it's more occasional and feels less like cramps and more like my stomach and other insides rearranging themselves.
Good luck adjusting to your new and ever-changing normal and congratulations!
