OMG. We are in the throes of the "whys". It's ALMOST comical. It's really the stereotypical scene at our house. A: I don't want to eat this Me: you need to take 2 bites A: why? Me: because it will make you big and strong A: why? Me: because food makes your body happy A: why? Why mommy? Why? Why? Why?
We have a case of the whys here too. She will also repeat everything over & over again until I repeat what she said. It makes for long car rides when she feels the need to tell me everything she sees out the window.

What's irritating me the most right now is the same question, over and over again, even though I answer her every time.
L: Where are we going? Me: to the park. L: where are we going? Me: to the park. L:where are we going? Me: to the park. L: where are we going? Me: to the f'ING park!!!!

"Okay V, time to go to school." "Cause why?" "Because it's a Tuesday and we go to school on Tuesdays." "Cause why?" "Because mommy and daddy have to go to work." "Cause why?"
well I'm getting the "whys" with my four year old, but with a major case of attitude behind it and not actual curiosity. Anna is going through a super silly phase and asks questions she knows the answers to, and then likes to answer her own question wrong and say "noooo dat not wite!" and laugh hysterically.
