Our gas budget billing dropped $20! Woot!

We didn't have to pay our bill for January because we had overpaid via budget billing in 2014, and we don't have to pay for February, and we still have an $11.32 credit for March.  I checked if our budget billing dropped because of this, and it did.  I'm happy!

Nice! We got a credit on our bill last month because the cost of the supply went down do the gas company refunded money to their customers. I was shocked, but I'll take it!
