So. S is sitting here arguing about how much TV he gets to watch tonight. I'm trying to shut down the conversation via distraction. H is getting flustered, I'm getting annoyed. E (who is two and a half, remember) slams his chubby little hand down on the table and says "no fucking TV"!
Oh my god. I hid my face and booked it out of the kitchen because even though I'm horrified, I had to laugh because the context and delivery were spot on.

I mean, sometimes you just have to laugh and remember that they're healthy and no long term damage is done, lol.
Today I realized that by 3 pm about 90% of what my two year old ate was either chocolate, refined/complex carb, or peanut butter. He picked the choc and peanut butter chips out of trail mix, would only eat a plain waffle, half a pb sandwich, and I bought him a hot chocolate at Starbucks as a bribe for good behavior. He didn't even pass the good behavior and I still bought it for him. I counted to three like four fucking times! Where's the magic??

Lol
My kid said 'awe fuck' while we were in the grocery store. At first I was like wait...what?? and then asked her what she said. She said it again and I LOL and then sternly told her it was an adult word and she was not allowed to say it.
DS3 (2.5) said "mommy, I goin beat Kyle silly". I couldn't understand what he was saying until DH translated. Then it made sense since DS2 (Kyle) says that to DS1 all the time.
Oh and if I tell him to do something or he's going to go to time out he says "OK, I wan go timeout".
