Confession: the other day I ran in just a cheap target shelf bra cami (under running jacket). It was totally fine. My breasts are so small now, they are practically just nipples. :/
I know my sister used to sleep in a bra, but she was very big busted then.
I have fallen asleep in my bra. And of course some are more comfortable than others. I have a bra that I bought specifically for sleeping/lounging, it's stretchy, with no wires, like the ones you see on informercials... not very supportive but I wear it under my pajamas when I stay with relatives. I'm kind of busty.
Yes. I started when I was pg/nursing when my boobs were enormous and painful. I found these Hanes bralet things and here I am, years later, still wearing them. They are super comfortable and now I feel all loose and sloppy without them. My boobs are a lot smaller now and probably floppier, but now I cannot sleep without one.
I slept in a fairly substantial sleep bra when DS was still waking to nurse at night.
I also slept in a bralet or shelf bra tank, along with yoga pants when I camped with scouts. If there was an issue in the night, I didn't have to get dressed to deal with it. And there always seemed to be some kid(s) who needed attention in the middle of the night.
Not since I was nursing DD and even then that was just a soft sleep sort of bra.
I can't stand sleeping in a bra.
Although I do sleep in a lot of shelf bra cami tanks lately and I will say I like the little little bit of extra support. I actually just wear those most of the day lately on days like today where we are just hanging out.
I have perfectly average boobs though...ha...so it's not a big deal to me.

I voted no, but I think it's mostly because I'm pregnant and I hate feeling constrained so I would be happy sleeping nude if I could pull it off. I have in the past, like before and after my reduction.
Yes, every night. It isn't the most comfortable thing ever but it is worse for me to be braless. They are so huge that they flop all over the place (back sleeping) or smush eachother (side sleeping) and I can never get comfortable if they aren't held in place. I'm sure this sounds really attractive. :?
I really look forward to having a breast reduction in a few years.
Hell no! That said I do sleep in camis with a flimsy little shelf bra just because it looks sexier than them flopping all over. But that is not even comparable to an actual, underwire, keep those babies supported bra. That comes off the second I walk in the door.
I don't wear a bra when I sleep, but I would (and have) wear one of those little bralettes. I have a few for around the house and they are really comfy - cotton and lace, no wires.
