I think of it as gender neutral, but then, blues and greens like that are my oldest daughter's favorite colors, and my youngest daughter had her room painted kind of a teal color when she was a teenager.
I like it but to me it does lean a little too boyish to me. I'd add in some some more girlie colors.
I do not like pink. As in baby pink or Barbie pink. I could do orange or magenta as bunny mentioned.
With those existing bold colors on your Pinterest, I would have assumed magenta would be the pink "girlie" option. I think orange or a really deep purple would look good too. You can add in aqua to the blue/green you have going on if you wanted 3 colors for a boy too.
I don't really understand the whole boy/girl color thing. People like what they like, and I don't think it has anything to do with being male or female. Of course, I was the little girl that didn't like pink, lavender or any pastel colors, and my daughter planned a pirate nursery for her first baby whether it was a boy or girl.
Dave,(the baby in the NyQuil commercial with the sick dad), has a coral/mauve(whatever color it is) crib, and I kind of love it. It isn't even a color that I would normally go for, but I love that it is a 'girlier' color and in a boy's room...and I think it works well with the other colors in the room, even though the room is not a particularly 'designed' kind of room. It makes Dave seem like a baby who is too cool to be bothered about whether or not a color says boy or not. lol

Absolutely this. My mom gave me side-eye when I told her we were leaning toward navy for a nursery regardless of sex, but I didn't care. It's my house and style, the baby doesn't know, etc.
I love the colors you picked, but those are largely the colors in T's nursery, so...
Haha. awesome! Did I miss your nursery post? Have a pic you can share?
