We always do something smallish when she gets up and then daycare breakfast is #2. Usually either a waffle, couple mini pancakes, scrambled egg, or raisin toast w/ cream cheese with a cup of milk.
We usually give DS something - usually a banana, clementine or a pouch. He wakes up around 7, gets to DC btw 8 and 8:30 and they have breakfast btw 9 and 9:30.
DD gets two breakfasts. One at home and then one at daycare. It keeps her busy when I'm doing last minute stuff. I'll give her eggs (if I'm making them for me then I throw an extra in), reheat mini blueberry pancakes (her favorite), yogurt, cheese stick, banana, Nutri Grain bar, dry cereal, etc. Pretty much things that are easy with simple clean up.
I do mornings alone as DH is already gone for work so I'm all about easy!
DS usually gets "first breakfast" - which is often some scrambled eggs or a frozen gogurt. His usual daycare breakfast is upon arrival at around 7:45 and is cereal w/ milk and fruit. He seems to be hungry in the morning and throughout the day his appetite tapers off, so I'll let him eat whatever interests him upon waking.
Sometimes she just has a cup of milk, but sometimes she'll have cheerios or whatever DS is eating. She likes to steal his food--could be a banana, muffin, or cereal.

DD usually isn't hungry right when she wakes up, but since we've weaned we give her some milk and bites of our breakfast if she'll eat it, usually a kind of egg scramble/omelette. Some weeks I make silver dollar pancakes with bananas or some other fruit getting old and try to get her to eat those.
Usually it's a pouch of some sort (yogurt+jam) and fruit. I sort of wish we could just put him in the bike trailer with a pouch and go, but we're not there yet.
B eats two breakfasts most days. He's a hungry bear in the morning. We give him a milk but if there's time he also gets a waffle, cheerios, yogurt, etc.
Breakfast. . I have older kids so my youngest gets a full breakfast at home with his older sisters.
This morning he had a homemade breakfast burrito. Yesterday he had a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar and a smoothie. Sometimes it's a bagel with cream cheese, a PBJ, bowl of cereal, bowl of oatmeal, eggs and toast, breakfast burrito, taquitos, dinner leftovers, etc.
We also do first breakfast at home around 6:45. It's whatever he wants, pancakes/waffle (leftovers from the weekend), eggs, cereal, oatmeal, etc. and he gets 2nd breakfast around 7:30 at school. They have a rotating menu for breakfast, so it's different every day.

DD has gotten a cup of milk first thing in the morning, and then breakfast as soon as she gets to daycare. If she's really hungry, we give her some dry cereal in a cup to munch while we get ready for work.
First breakfast at home is a bananna, applesauce or fruit cup and water at 7:30 Second breakfast at school is either cereal, pancake or waffle, bagel or toast, breakfast bar, and fruit or sometimes juice between 8 and 8:30. Always served with milk
E gets a banana or freeze-dried strawberries and milk en route to daycare. He wakes up hangry at 7:15ish, Daycare breakfast starts at 8:15. He still always eats all of his breakfast, unless it's something he really dislikes. Last week he was a terror until breakfast, even after banana and milk, and he apparently put away three servings of oatmeal plus fruit.
