How's everyone doing?
I'm struggling with eating this week, really need to get back on track or I'm going to undo all of the hard work form the last few weeks. Still doing well with getting to the gym.
How do you motivate yourself to stay on track with your goals?

Still struggling with snacking, working on it though.
Snow here has been BRUTAL, so I haven't been to the gym much. I went once last week, and twice so far this week, but we have more snow coming tomorrow so it's up in the air at the moment, no pun intended.
I'm also working on retraining myself to stop eating when I know that I'm full, not when I'm overfull and busting out. It's more difficult that you think.
I bought a box of Coconut Delights from a co-worker and I'm not at the point of sharing them yet, lol, BUT I did put them in the fridge and it means having to get up and go into the kitchen at work to get one.
I'm trying to use the scale to motivate myself right now. It's the only one that's "honest"
Food has been great. I've loosened up a bit on my snacks because my numbers have been amazing and everything was pretty much perfect at my appointment on Monday (other than apparently having tons of contractions, but they were light and doing nothing..). I found frozen pizza I can eat a lot of and be fine so I'm happy!
Exercise hasn't been great, but I've been trying to just fit in random squats or whatever I can do. I've still been forcing myself to take the stairs even though I hurt and I'm slow, haha. Every little bit helps!
Eating is the same. Exercise is going well...I ran about 15 miles last week and probably walked 30 LOL! Walking with C in the carrier is one of the only ways he will sleep...somedays it feels like all I do is walk. Unfortunately, I'm only down a 1/2 lb this week.
Right now I am motivated by my race on May 3rd. I know I have a long ways to go to be ready and am committed to making sure I get my runs in. Also, running is one of my favorite parts of my day and what keeps me sane.
Hey hey hey! I'm back on the H&F train. So happy to be here
As far as this week goes, I'm wearing my FitBit again. Not much exercising happening yet, but I will be back at it next week. Eating is still somewhat sketchy. My focus this week is adding in more fruits and veggies because I've been surviving on processed carbs (Pop Tarts...)

Super late to this post, but wanted to add in my week!
I've been good on eating and exercise! Only missed 1 morning workout on Tuesday, but I worked out (either circuit training or teaching Zumba) the rest of the week! I'm off to teach class this morning and just did two new routines :-)
The eating has been pretty good! I made quinoa burgers that I ate all week for lunch, and then tried to have a lighter dinner (not so good on that part)!
It helps that for both circuit training and Zumba, I have people counting on me to be there! So it helps to hold me accountable, especially on days I don't want to get up in the morning and go to the gym!
Also, I just try to remember how good I feel when I do work out, and how I feel when I don't work out! I always feel 100% better when I've put in the effort and worked out.
