Where do you go for a great selection of interview suits?

Lord & Taylor has a pretty good selection.  (ETA, just saw your last paragraph.  They almost always have coupons on their website and I don't think prices would be substantially different between locations.)  You could also try Nordstrom Rack (or Nordstrom if you go to the 'burbs), Talbots, Ann Taylor, JCrew, Banana Republic for reasonable prices, but probably not substantially less than you'd find at L&T.

South Shore Plaza has Nordstrom as well as Lord and Taylor. I found my conservative interview suit at the Nordstrom there.

If you really want to drive, there's a Frugal Fannies in Norwood with a gazillion suits

Mine is from the Lord and Taylor at the Burlington Mall, they had a great selection.

Just an FYI the Burlington mall has a Nordstrom, Macy's and Lord & Taylor as well as Ann Taylor, JCrew and Banana Republic. There's also a Nordstrom Rack down the street from the mall in the same plaze as the Market Basket, Old Navy and HMart.

Way late to the game, but I did well for suits at the outlets in Wrentham. I ended up with one from Banana Republic that I got for a steal. In a pinch, I also got one from the Limited, but the fit was a little weird.
