This would be amazing if it wasn't like 20 degrees right now. Hope it's fun!
It won't be much above that when we do it Sunday -- plus it will probably be raining/sleeting/snowing. I just keep thinking it will be such a rush. I'm terrified and excited at the same time, lol.

Exercise, singing really obnoxious, belty songs in the car, venting to H, venting to another friend, watching some really good comedy, or watching something sad so I can have a really good, cathartic cry, therapy, active meditation, guided imagery, doodling/coloring/drawing/painting, wine, gin & tonics, 'shrooms.
First culprit I look at is how much I've been sleeping and how well I am eating. If sleep is an issue, it's all downhill from there for me. Sometimes I'll take some Benadryl for two or three nights in a row to help get me out of a bad sleep schedule. If sleep and diet aren't the culprit then I usually try to start doing something different. Take up a new class, learn a new skill, make a goal to try 5 new recipes. I need a little bit of a mix up every once in awhile. Something to get me excited again and a goal to work towards.
