From just the front picture I’d say you could maaaaaybe do a sash if you really wanted to, even though it might look weird since the pleating is diagonal. But once I saw the back, it’s a definite no. It’s beautiful.
Now, to get rid of that ‘will I still like it in May’ feeling…stop looking at wedding dresses! You found the one & that’s it. Looking at more will just drive you crazy. Resist!

I wouldn't do a sash because the ruching runs almost on a diagonal. If you did the straight across sash it wouldn't work with those lines and a diagonal sash would just be funky.
You could add a brooch or something at the part the ruching gathers if you wanted a little something, but no sash, IMO.
Thanks everyone! I was really worried about finding a gown that I loved and that was flattering as well. My first dress experience was so discouraging! I couldn't even slip a some over this dresses past my hips!
