Guy sucked - he missed cracks in the bathtub and I am currently having to jump through hoops to deal with a '90 day warranty' company for his fuckup instead of him or a professional insurer - since he was a paid contractor who sucked at life I am pretty POed about it. anyways - no pest or radon - those would have added something like $120 to the bill, and our luck he would have found no radon problem and we'd get cancer just after move in from it [/sarcasm]
$650 and it was worth every penny. His report was ~80 pages long with pictures. Very thorough. This did include radon, but did not include pests since the sellers were required to pay for that.
We haven't bought, but we priced it so we can be well prepared. Most companies quoted around $250 for a house inspection (they will look for obvious pest damage). Pest inspection is $75-100.

$315 for the inspection $100 for pests (we're right on the border of where termites are an issue) $125 for radon (completely worth it since we had a positive test and the sellers paid for the mitigation system)

$400. Pest was covered by owners (and it was actually free because they want the get the remediation work).
Our REA said to make sure it includes pictures and a report, so this may not be standard.
I did find it a little annoying that that for most things, the response was "[plumbing] looks fine/updated but recommend [plumber] for additional review." we did end up bringing a few experts out - plumber was an additional $100, Foundation expert was free.
