My little girl is almost 2! (When will I quit being sad and be happy she's growing up so quickly?)
We finally decided on doing a Disney princess theme birthday party. I need inspiration! I would like some ideas of some cute snacks to make. I only have 2 "princess pink" ideas. Popcorn drizzled with white chocolate with edible pink glitter and marshmallows dipped in pink chocolate and purple edible glitter. As you can see I really need help. I hope to get better with ideas as she gets older.
Also, if you have any ideas for table decorations and things to liven the place up and make it look pretty. I thought of getting tall square glass vases for the flowers but didn't know if I should get clear glass or the glass with the pink hue to it?
Or, if you just want to plan the whole darn thing, PM how much you charge an hour

You don't need to have pinterest to search it I don't think. I personally want some real food at a party, so my boring suggestion is finger sandwiches and a high tea angle to the food if you aren't planning a full meal.
I think three things is plenty when decorating, so a banner, balloons, and a big 2 for example is plenty to look great and feel festive.

I like the tea angle. Maybe some pink " punch" and cut the finger sandwiches into fun princess shapes. The invite could be like an invitation to a princess ball.
I don't have fb lol. But I have finally drunk the Pinterest kool aid and set up an account. It's awesome for party ideas! I am planning a Mickey Mouse clubhouse 2nd birthday party and got a bunch of great ideas off there. Do it!
I don't Pinterest either. This is why my kid just gets normal party food. Chips, Dip, Veggies, Fruit Salad, Pigs in a Blanket etc.
I'm not good at themes lol
My theme would be the center of a venn diagram of food I can make easily (or buy premade) and food my kid will eat. I will say edible glitter freaks me out. Don't get me wrong, I'll eat it but it freaks me out. We had a shimmery king cake this year. It felt like it didn't look like food.
My SIL did a princess tea party for her 3 yo. They had pink lemonade "tea" and finger sandwiches. You could get some kind of cookie cutter to make the sandwiches more princessy--a crown maybe.

Yeah, I thought about that with the glitter too. Easy fix. I'll just do colored sugar. It'll probably be easier to find too. Thanks!
