I work for a footwear company that has a blog attached to the site. We had a company BBQ/Field trip where we played games (team building experience etc) SO now weeks later there is some discussion about putting some of the pictures up on our blog. There are 3 photos they want to use that I am in. ( We have never posted pictures of USA employees on the site, we do have professional shots of our team in Europe on the site) For some reason this makes me really uncomfortable. I have to sign a form to allow the release of the pictures and when I said out loud I wasn't really comfortable with it, a few of the marketing people were like WHY? You HAVE to do it! That's CRAZY. They sort of made me feel bad. I literally have zero makeup on in the photo, I'm sweaty and in a mens XL branded T shirt of ours bc they ran out of women's sizes by the time I had arrived. I don't know...do I sound like I'm not a "team player" by not letting them put my picture up?

Something similar happened at my work. I'm anti putting myself up on websites. I think it's a personal preference that should be respected.... however, I'm sure it makes you (and me) seem like you're not a team player. Personally, I don't care if people think I'm a team player haha. But if this is something you're concerned about, can you come up with a reason to show it's more about you than them?
