So for the first time this pregnancy my feet are swollen. Not so swollen that I noticed a difference in my shoes, but enough that my ankles are definitely verging on cankles. I think it's time to start putting them up under my desk at work or something.
What do you find works or is at least helpful? I was hoping to avoid this for awhile more.

That happened to me literally overnight last night. I'd been getting mildly puffy on the tops of my feet by the end of he day, but by morning they were fine.
This morning, still puffy and my ankles were definitely closer to cankles. Awful!
My legs are getting bigger, as DH pointed out on Saturday. They are puffy at the end of the work day. I'm trying to remember to wear my compression hose to work, but I'm at about 50%.
I wish I could wear the compression socks, but my varicose veins are right at my knee, so the socks make them worse. Thigh highs for me.

That sounds uncomfortable
honestly, they're not bad. much better than waist-highs.
daisyfay25 it seems to be excess fluids, weight gain, the uterus putting pressure on veins so stuff isn't going back "up" as fast, a whole bunch of reasons really.
