Omg. I had a dream last night that I got fired bc I was nexting too much. Like it told my boss about my "unusually high" non work related internet usage and she said she didn't want to fire me, but she had to. Hmmm....

And for the healthy stuff, nothing healthy happened yesterday. I didn't even get in 5k in steps and I stuffed my face. I am up .2lbs today as a result of that. I'm going to the gym tonight for sure though. :@

I had some weird dream last night involving family and friends. Something couldn't happen because someone was failing out of school. I didn't really understand any of it, lol.

Nothing healthy happened for me either. I even drank too much Mountain Dew, certainly not the good calories . I think I'll have time to get to the gym today, which should be good. On the plus side, work was super productive.

Lot's of dream remembering today. I had another sexy time dream last night. This one is way tmi to share.

I feel exhausted from the crying yesterday. I'm still sad, but I feel a little better about his passing this morning. He was super old and always had something ailing him - not in a feel sorry for me kind of way, but truly. He is no longer in pain and I know his family would rather him pass than suffer.

My scale isn't being very friendly this week. It has gone down .6 since Sunday and I feel like I've been really good - skipping treats and 2nds when I really want them. Ah well, I'm still thankful for this challenge getting me motivated even if I don't end up the winner. I'm much closer to where I want to be already.

Today is a day of errands. We might go to a farmer's market with a few of my girlfriends and their kids, but I'm not sure yet since they are all girls that aren't in Tman's age group. He would hate it, and that's kind of not fair. I don't have any $ to spend there anyway.

I almost never remember my dreams. Is that weird?

Yesterday was a stuff my face day for me too. For some reason I was super hardcore craving something coconut-y yesterday, so I came up with the most delish smoothie - raw almonds, unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coconut flakes and vanilla whey protein. That finally helped put the cork in my incessant snacking.

The scale seems to be cooperating this week, at least somewhat. Let's hope that keeps up and isn't just a fluke.

hello ladies, been mostly lurking lately as ive been working/paddling a lot. Work took a turn for the better and instead of getting downsized, I took on the job of another worker who quit, so now i have more hours (for the time being).

I had a wierd dream last night that I moved out of an apartment and another nextie moved in. I miss hanging out on the boards, can't wait for my new schedule to get into a routine. happy thursday!

My scale isn't tipping much this week. I know I've got a few pounds of bloat going on right now, so I'm not worrying too much. I've been pretty hardcore healthy all week, but I can already tell today will be what I call a "hungry hippo" day, where I'm wanting to eat everything. Hopefully I can distract myself enough to not let that happen.

And I'll add my weirdo dream to this morning's mix: I had a dream that I was planning a trip to "Red Hotel" in China for the sole purpose of sexxytime. And when I woke up this morning, I realized the hotel was from another dream I had several months ago, and probably doesn't even exist, lol.

Well, I am back from the honeymoon. I was super sad to leave Cabo but it is nice to be back in WA and not sweat as soon as I go outside.

H and I are still trying to get our apartment in order and get things put away and boxes thrown out from wedding gifts. I haven't worked out in over 2 weeks because of all the wedding/HM shenanigans but I will be getting back on the bandwagon soon. A local gym is hiring for a front desk person at God awful morning hours so I might take it for the free membership and just work out as soon as I get off work (I'd be off by 10:30am).

Good morning! The scale hasn't been my friend for the past week, I blame TOM-related bloat, but it wouldn't hurt to work out more. It was so much easier on the treadmill and elliptical last night since it wasn't crazy hot. I'm hoping the lower temps for the rest of the week help keep me in the gym for longer periods each day.

Good morning. I at least slept better last night. I wish I could have slept with a hot compress on my face. I have to go check on FIL and see how he's doing after his surgery yesterday. Then it's off to work later. It's day 5 of 6 for me and I'm exhausted from it. I'm ready for Saturday when I get a day off finally.

I stayed up way too late last night, totally engrossed in my book. Luckily it's my late week at work, so I didn't have to come in until 9. That extra hour makes a huge difference!

I've been totally slacking on Healthy stuff this week! I think I'm going to re-join WW. I did really well on that a few years ago. Tonight, I may head to Green Lake with a friend.

I'm looking forward to the weekend. I think I'm going to hit up the Taste of Edmonds, and possibly hang at my brother's pool. Should be pretty relaxing.

I still keep having the mental image of my husband stretched out on the bathroom floor with his clothes around his ankles pop into my head and I start laughing!

I slept poorly last night...long involved dream about being trapped in this long path of rooms where I had to fight varying skill levels of sword fighters. Very tired when I woke up, sword-fighting is exhausting, as is jumping from platform to platform. My legs ached this morning. Today's my Friday though, w00t! Going camping tomorrow, although another friend backed out...so we have an extra 1-2 tent spots at our reserved site available if any non-creepers amongst you are interested! It's the Pleiades meteor shower and peak is Saturday, yay!

i went to bed late last night, woke up early this morning, had a training session and i can barely move. my arms are so sore, i had a hard time taking my clothes off and showering.. putting on my clothes and putting the small amount of clothing and makeup on that i did afterwards was equally as challenging. i am NOT looking forward to tomorrow.. but hoping
it does some good things for me.

tonight i'm getting a mani/pedi with my bff. i'm so excited to see her.

had a donut today. so sue me. i worked out.

I did not eat desert yesterday so I am super happy about that. I met my bff at the mac store to get some make up ideas. It was a lot of fun, but we both spent too much $$$. She's feeling much better about having to do her own makeup for her wedding so that's good.

I slept super hard last night. I don't remember any dreams. Bkb didn't get up either and I didn't even get up to go pee. It was awesome.

Oh I know, but we don't have time for it that day with her time line and she is getting married in snohomish, so it isn't too convenient either. She's a very low maitenance bride, so she doesn't mind doing it herself.

Went on a total shoe-spree yesterday instead of working out. Not good for my budget or belly but my feet are quite happy today. Cooked a semi-healthy meal for H last night. He doesn't get home til 10pm so I was up too late. Today I'm exhausted. Contemplating the elliptical but I might just be a lazy bum. Lacking motivation.
