DH bought a training bike for our bedroom (he rides a lot but In Cleveland has several months of the year it's not possible). My general unhappiness about it being in my bedroom aside, I was thinking about trying to stream a spinning workout so that I can use it too since I won't just sit down and ride. Any suggestions for ones to try?

I don't think I've ever used streaming video work out for indoor cycling. I do use the Dennis Melon podcast (http://www.dennismellon.com/DennisMellon.com/Dennis_Mellons_InCycling_Podcasts/Dennis_Mellons_InCycling_Podcasts.html) for workouts, and I look at a lot of blogs for workout set ups and then set Pandora to the power hip-hop workout station.
Lots of people over them and suffer fest, but I've never used it.

There are a lot of cycling videos on YouTube.
But I'm still in search of good ones that mimic an actual spin class. You know, with the instructor up front calling out commands, and current pop music.
I'm a not real cyclist. I want the kind of stuff I used to pay for at the gym, lol.
