I love this idea. I haven't worked out since Friday because I am battling some sinus problems... again... but I really hope to get back to it tomorrow. I am following a 21 day program for now and attempting to eat better.
Yesterday I did 3 miles going 2 minutes as fast as I could, then 8 minutes walking uphill, repeating. I am trying to work up to more minutes running but I am starting from a very out-of-shape place, cardiovascular-ly, so this represents a steady improvement.
Today and next Wednesday are yoga (my favorite thing), next Monday and Friday more HIIT-ish stuff.

Going to Pure Barre this afternoon and signed up for a few more classes this week. Looking forward to the weather warming up so we can go on walks again.
oliviapope are you doing the PB March Madness challenge?
I ran 7.5 miles on Saturday at 8:33/mile. I've been having random foot pain since last week's 12 mile run at 8:26/ mile, so just finishing and being able to walk today is an accomplishment.

Well, was supposed to go to yoga today, but ice stopped that plan. Then i was annoyed because it ended up not being that bad after all. I am annoyed. Off to the gym tomorrow. I can't wait till it is not cold and we can start walking more to just incorporate exercise into our regular life.
I just started a workweek hustle fitbit challenge for the week.
My plan for the week:
Monday: morning abs T25 workout, midday walk at work if it's warm enough, night walk with my mom if it's warm enough Tuesday-Friday: morning treadmill for 30-40 minutes, midday and night walks if it's warm enough
Another day of wearing DS on the elliptical for 40 mins. Also hopped on again for a few minutes to get him down for this last nap. During the week I WFH while my mom watches him, so planning to get in other workouts during my lunch.
I think I pulled something in my neck from wearing DS all weekend I do love the snuggle time, though.

Yes I am! I am kind of bummed that my studio isn't offering the incentives some of the other ones are, but oh well. I will be out of town for some and luckily there is a studio close to where I will be so my classes will count!

I also signed up, but like you, my studio isn't doing the incentives that I've read about. I've been consistently taking 3-4 classes per week so hoping this will be a push to bump it up a little bit.
