We are the VHS family. I'm sure it is so weird for people to come over and see C pop in a Lion King tape or whatever. She even chants: reWINE! Tah-engo button! NO SQUARE BUTTON! We have probably a hundred movies from 90s Disney and Sesame Street to 80s Care Bears and old Shirley Temple flicks. I know this is bizarre! We have DVDs too but she is not allowed to use them alone.
MH isn't from the US, and drew up eating everything from Italian pasta to Middle Eastern lamb dishes to (authentic) Chinese food to Argentinian beef. So, as I totally love food, too, I've learned to cook a lot of "weird" stuff most families I know wouldn't otherwise eat.
And while it isn't "weird" per se, we're the only family we know with a stock pile of tahini sauce next to the PB in the basement.
Hmm...we're like REALLY artsy...we have every wall and some of the ceiling in our kitchen plastered with art we've been working on (this month!!) we change it out as we go along and the whole room is recycled about every month. We often have picnics on the floor because the table is full of art supplies.
I should probably teach my kids how to throw a ball at some point, eh? ;0)
We forever have a construction project in the works. If it's not an actual one, it's one DS1 has dreamed up. He had us building a roller coaster in our back yard from scrap lumber. He has an imaginary friend that he does construction with and a work crew. I live with a bunch of engineers and they love to tell you all the details of how to do something.
We also never wear pants. Friends comment if I post a picture of my kids actually wearing pants.
we live about 30 min from town and regularly drive 40 min to playdates, which to me isn't a big deal, but you would think we live on the moon if you ask our moms club friends, lol.

Crazy hippies. My four year old still sleeps in my bed, we do natural remedies mostly (except for dds seizures-not dumb), cook from scratch, try to be environmentally friendly.

Depends on who you ask. We're the house with strange art, mismatched furniture, five pets, and incense burning in the middle of the pottery barn suburbs.
My in laws think we're crazy natural because we buy organic and I'm still nursing my toddler.
My hippie friends think I'm so conventional because my kid has fruit snacks and princess stuff.
The messy house? I don't know. It feels like our house is a toy explosion. A yard sale is in our future.
Or maybe we'd be the house with the cats because for awhile there DH kept bringing kittens home. We "only" have three cats now but that seems high. I am constantly sniffing to make sure neither the house nor the kids smell like cat.
We are the 'do everything together' family. If we leave the house, it's almost always the four of us.
This is about the only thing I could think of for us too! We do things in smaller groups too, but the 5 of us go out together all the time, and we invite our moms too. It is not unusual to see all 7 of us go to the park, a festival, out to breakfast etc. My H is home a lot so we are a flexible schedule.
We wear pj's around the house, only getting dressed if we go out or someone's coming over. When we get home from somewhere, the first thing we do is change back into pj's.
We have Youtube running on the tv bascially all day, usually tuned to something train-related.

This is us too! MOMS club wouldn't even let us in LOL We are also the "do everything together" family because when we go somewhere (anywhere), it's an all-day affair.
We are also the singing family. I live in an opera and my H sounds like a radio station that plays snippets of 30 different songs within 5 minutes. Poor DD.
We go for walks and wear DD in a large hiking backpack instead of pushing her in a stroller because she likes it better. I'm sure people think it's strange.
Also, we travel a lot. DD has been on 11 flights in 8 months.
