So it's my best friend's 24th birthday next Saturday and she's decided to have a big get-together at a bar. The bar is owned by a mutual friend's family, and isn't super fancy. My bff said "dark jeans, nice top, whatever - you look great in anything."

Thing is, I do NOT look good in anything. lol I have gained weight recently and need advice on what to wear. Plus a bunch of our mutual friends from high school are going to be there. I haven't seen them in years - she stayed in our childhood city for school so she's kept in touch with them. I want to look okay.
