My hairdresser lives across the street. She says the house is on the market at such an inflated price to just get attention. There's no intention of selling.
That guy has toured Hearst Castle one too many times (huge castle-like mansion in CA which also contained exotic animals and an airstrip when William Randolph Hearst was alive).
Hearst did it right. There is a single vase in Hearst Castle that is worth the list price of this house/castle.

This dude just has a cheesy 2000's era knock off.
Let's just revisit these statements. 1) There is no faux castle "done right." 2) Your second statement makes me laugh. "Oh yeah? Well Hearst was a kajillionaire and had expensive tastes in vases!!"
Sadly, my local castle in Versailles KY (and that is pronounced Ver-sales, in case you were wondering) is now off the market. But you could have had it for millions less!
