My period isn't *super* regular, but it has been the last few months.
Yeah, my chiropractor said complete rest for at least today and probably tomorrow. I'm regretting not doing something on Saturday.

I did workout Friday. But I can't workout today per chiro's instructions. So that'll be three days. Then tomorrow is hoop which is SOOOOO not a workout lol.
I miss running, I can't wait to get the ok to slowly start back up. I feel like a major slug, but I tell myself I'm growing a human being (or 2!) and it's ok. But I still miss it. Walking doesn't give me the same kind of endorphin high, but I'm doing it anyways so I don't lose all my fitness.
