I gained almost 30lbs with ds1 and lost the weight pretty quickly because I had zero appetite for like a month after birth. I think my body just reacted badly to petocine. However, when I weaned I gained about ten lbs back. Ds2 I gained 20lbs and I lost some but now I'm holding onto that stupid ten pounds from the last time. So I'm working on it now and ds2 will be 2 in May. I lost a lot with nursing and feeling like crap after both births but it like half of it crept back after I lost my nursing buffer.
I gained 52 with DD and am still trying to lose it. I have about 15 pounds to go and she is almost 2. I think I could have lost it faster if I had focused on it like I am now, but I had a lot of anxiety her first year so I wasn't thinking so much about my weight.
I gained 30 with DS. I want to say I lost about 20 of it in the first few months, 10 more by about six months PP. When he turned one I think I was actually about 10 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight, most likely due to nursing and being more active chasing him around vs. sitting at a desk all day before SAH. Right now I'm at exactly my pre-pregnancy weight.

I only gained 1 pound but I was overweight pre pregnancy and gained a lot the year prior to pregnancy. I never weighed myself but I'm guessing 20 pounds in that one year.
I was 30 lbs down at my 6 week pp visit but every other pound has been very hard to get off.
I gained 30 lbs even with DS. I had lost 25 lbs within 4 - 6 weeks. I never lost the last five, and have regained about five pounds in the past two years. I was thin to start with, so I'm not too bothered by the "extra" weight.
I gained 35 with DS. Lost most of it within weeks with no effort. The last 7 pounds took a good six months. This pregnancy I started 3 lbs over what I was with DS#1. I've gained about 15lbs so far and have just past the half way point so I expect a similar weight gain.

I had a weird experience with pregnancy weight gain.
With #1 I hit third tri, no weight gain. I gain weight ridiculously easy without my uterus having a tenant so very surprising. OB freaked, ordered an ultrasound but all was well. Gained 30lbs in the last 12 weeks and popped out a 10lb kid. Lost 20lbs in the hospital (don't be jealous the fast shrinking gave me stretch marks) and lost the remaining 10lbs by 16 weeks...just in time for my bfp with dd.
With dd I gained weight much quicker. I gained 20lbs by 28 weeks...and gained like 2lbs in all of third tri. She was just under 8lbs. Lost 15lbs in hospital, lost the rest by four months though it took until six months to fit in clothes because hips.
I kept the weight off until she was 3...then gained 10lbs back in the past year. Wah.
I gained 35 with C. I had also gained 18 in the six months before getting pregnant. I lost about 25 of it.
I added 35 with L. After weaning her, I worked my butt off and got down to just below prepregnancy with C.
I gained 35 with Andrew. I've been working at it for about 1.25 years now and I've lost the weight from him plus some. I'm now 7 lbs heavier than the day I got married. I can live with that. Most of the weight came off in the six months after I weaned him. Lots of calorie counting and workouts.
I gained roughly 52 pounds. I think I would have gained far less had I not been on restriction the entire time due to complications. I couldn't walk for more than 10 minutes so I felt depressed and then emotionally ate. All but 10 pounds were gone by the time DS was about 10 months old but I gained some back when I weaned which was frustrating. I was finally at/slightly below my pre preg weight when he hit 18 mo (I weaned fully at 13 mo). I was overweight when I got pregnant so even though I'm back to pre preg weight, the battle rages on for me...
(Twins so SS) I gained 35 lbs, lost it ALL within 3 weeks (I mean...12 pounds of people, two placentas, fluid and nursing two babies...) and then spent the next two years putting all back and then some (sleep deprivation, not taking very good care of myself--hello caffeine!!)
I gained exactly 30lbs with each pregnancy. I lost 15 immediately after birth. After I weaned DD at 18months, I dropped back to (below) pre pregnancy weight. I'm still BFing DS and up about 5 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. My body is kind of weird though and just stops growing during pregnancy. I never measured past 31weeks, though the babies inside kept growing. I will also add that I don't look the same as before babies. My hips are much wider.
I gained 30 pounds. I lost half of that on the birth day (she was 8.5lbs). I did get close to my pre-pregnancy weight (7 lbs over) within six months. But I've gained about 10 lns in the past year
My body does weird things pregnant and post partum. I gained 22 lbs with each pregnancy. I weighed 5 lbs more pre-pregnancy with DD1. Both times, I didn't really start gaining until 18-20 weeks. With DD1, I was 13 lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight at my 6 week check-up. With DD2, I was 9 lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight at 2 weeks post partum, and lost another 8 lbs by the time she was 6 months. She was 8.7 and I had polyhydramnious, so I lost extra fluid after she was born. I was nursing both times. The thinnest I have been since high school is the year after both pregnancies. Now I am almost back up to my pre-pregnancy weight that I was with DD2. I am working on bringing that back down.
I gained the same amount with each of my 3 pregnancies, 22-25 lbs.
I lost it within a few months, maybe 3-4. Granted, I weigh the same or slightly less than I was before I got pregnant, but my body is definitely not the same shape.
I was very active pre and during all pregnancies. I even ran with the 3rd up to 34 weeks when I was put on bedrest for pre-eclampsia. I started running again a few weeks PP with #3.
I gained 40lbs with DS, lost 30lbs by about 9 months pp, but then I got pregnant with DD. With DD I gained 30lbs (same ending weight with both kids). I'm now 13 months pp and still have about 10 to go to get to pre-DS weight. I've been at this weight for months despite exercising and eating well. I'm hoping that once I wean DD the last 10 will come off, but we'll see. The number doesn't bother me, just the saggy, stretched out extra skin .
I gained 20 pounds with DD. I had blood sugar issues and had to basically follow the GD diet. I actually left the hospital weighing more than when I was admitted thanks to all of the fluids they had to give me for being GBS positive. I lost 18 pounds of it very quickly but never lost the last two pounds. Now that I'm entering perimenopause my metabolism has left the building and I keep gaining.

I think I gained 15 with ds and 12 with dd. With both I came home from the hospital at or near my pp weight. But before you think I'm lucky or it's unfair, I'm overweight to begin with and had GD with both, and the kicker, just recently I stepped on the scale and saw a number that was the same as my highest pregnancy weight, and yeah, I'm not pregnant. And I've been trying to lose weight =(.
51 lbs, 49 at delivery. 38 lbs 54 lbs. I know with my middle child all the weight was off by 6 weeks PP. The others, I have no idea. I was in a size 10 for DD1's baptism which was all my weight plus some.
I gain a ton of weight with pregnancy (Yea!). 50 or 60 with each one (I don't look). I lose 20 or 30 right away and then I have to work to get the rest off. With DS it took almost a year I think? DD1 it came off quicker - 9 months. And I just started working on losing the weight from DD2, so time will tell.
I've only had 1 pregnancy so far and I gained 76 lbs - ick! I started at 133 and went up to 208. I lost 40 pounds in the first month after birth and I worked the rest off by the time she was 1. Still had a bit of a pooch (still do but its small). Once I hit 135 I stopped focusing on loosing weight but still eating right and exercising and I ended up loosing 12 more pounds so I'm at 123 now (less than pre preg weight). Yoga is awesome about getting that pooch smaller. It wasn't even a goal of mine but because most of the poses engage the core it got even smaller because of that. Next pregnancy I'm hoping to not even get close to gaining that much again.

I gained about 30lbs with DS1 and lost it in about 4 months. It was September so we did a lot of walking around the neighborhood to get out of the house at first. This pregnancy, I am up to about 25lbs so far with 2 months to go.
