I dry brushed my skin about a week or so ago and I actually forgot I did it until Saturday when the skin on my forearms started flaking and peeling like I had a bad sunburn.
Its not dry or itchy, it's just all flaky.
I have to wear long sleeves because it looks gross.
I was very gentle with the brush and I always moisturize my skin, but clearly, this was a mistake.
That's strange his. I dry brush and this has never happened to me, even after I get back from a warm weather vacation and start to look like I have snake skin on my legs. Maybe keep at it for a little while longer and see what happens.
I had no idea this was a thing. How are so many people doing it?. I quit life.
I didn't know it was a thing, either. I've been doing it for years. A massage therapist recommended it to me to improve the appearance of the skin on my legs. It's also incredibly helpful for clearing bruises fast. I'm very prone to bruises and clumsy as fuck, so it's nice to have a trick to speed them up.
