What should I do? Go to the bar across the street at lunch to watch the Gold medal match for USA Women and eat my higher calorie meal there, knowing I can't watch the whole game due to time. Save my skinny lunch for dinner and watch football at home.

Eat my packed lunch of protein drink and salad, catch the live feed at my desk. Go to the bar after work to watch the Broncos pre-season game in full.
