1) Rick shaving and showering (naked, heheh) 2) Carol's interview hilarity and her outfit ("I miss that stupid wonderful man every day!" "I'm a people person!") 3) Daryl and the possum // "we brought dinner!" 4) When Rick is standing on the porch in the last scene, you can hear the Governor's music theme (!!!) - such a good detail
I think this is one of the strongest episodes they've had in a while.
I really like it so far. I don't 100% trust Deanna, I'm curious to see what she is up to. And I want to know who was following them/took the blender gun.

I love Rick looking all clean cut again. I wish Daryl would follow suit. Carol's interview was perfect, so funny. I'm really interested to see what happens, you know something's got to be up. I feel like the newer young girl Enid? may be a spy for someone/some group.

same here. i really like deanna though! what was that girl doing in the forest? the one who scaled the wall. i think that maybe the people who were exiled might be back... and maybe that girl has something to do w/ them? what was she looking at when she stopped at the tree? i don't understand why carl wasn't able to follow her. oh that kid...

I think she could have taken the gun then since we see later on that she just hops the wall whenever she wants. And maybe the exiled people are the ones that shot the flare in the other episode? Because Aaron really freaked out on the road after they hit all those zombies and was like, I have to go now. I just feel like everyone in Alexandria are really naive and the Rick clan are going to have to protect them as well ad themselves.

I feel bad for Daryl. He's always been back country and kind of an outsider, even before the zombie thing happened. He finally felt like part of the group when everyone had to be this way but now that they're in a civilization, living somewhat normally, he feels uncomfortable and looked down on again.

I thought it was his boyfriend who shot the flare because he fucked up his leg so that was explained, no?
Yeah they do seem really naive, which I have to say seems really dumb considering they've all been out. They said they have "cleared" the highway, etc.

Oh yeah, you're right about the flare. I forgot that it was explained.

I didn't read this post because we are trying to catch up. We watched everything on Netflix and I thought this season would be on on demand but only the past 3-4 episodes are so I'm buying them on amazon! I hope to be caught up by this weekend!

I was so glad Glenn knocked that guy on his ass. Lol for days that he tried acting like Glennbeck of all powwow needed schooled on supply runs. Glenn rocks supply runs so hard he's had sex during them.
I don't know how to feel about Deanna.
hahaha seriously. that was an awesome scene. it's a little surprising that he is deanna's son. then again, maybe not. i liked that she approved of someone knocking him on his arse though.
what bothers me a little about that episode is they didn't at any point show or talk about how many people are in alexandria... i guess we will find out eventually.
You guys need to read this. It's hilarious and sums up the whole episode in a hilarious way.
Love this - "Carl witnesses Enid sneaking out of the community, and of course he follows because Carl gotta Carl. He ain’t had a house two days and he’s already not staying in it."

I'm still watching. One thing that Rick said has stuck with me...that if things don't go well they can take over the town.
Whenever they find these communities I am never satisfied as to how they get their power and water. It's just so hard to believe and I can't get over it. Silly, I know.

yeah as deanna explains it - the community was the first in a series of "fully sustainable" neighborhoods equipped with its own solar grid, cisterns, and eco-based sewage filtration system... but there's definitely some suspension of disbelief there. just go with it - lol. i dont think they ever explained what was going on in governorville in terms of water and power, did they? did they have running water? i'm pretty sure they did...
