So all this talk about misbehaving preschoolers reminded me what DS1 said. He had been acting ugly and throwing stuff a ton for weeks. I had had enough so I got down on his level and looked him in the eye. Me: We are going to start living by my rules! DS1: But where is Daddy going to live?
It made me laugh and reminded me of how their young mind works sometimes.
L has been potty training for a while now. The other day he happened to walk into the bathroom while I was using the toilet, saw me doing my business, and said, "Good boy, Mommy!"
He also does a spot on imitation of Anna from Frozen when she makes the tick tock noise with her tongue. It's adorable.

Guys these are hilarious.
Yesterday, DS was wearing khakis because it was picture day. So he was all excited talking about these khakis. During lunch he stopped & said "I can feel my bladder, time out! I can feel it in my khakis!"
Another day we were talking about clothes keeping us warm, like fur keeps the dogs warm. He says "dogs have fur to keep them warm....& porcupines have porks to keep them warm."

DD has been listening to Dr. Seuss stories on tape. Horton Hatches the Egg is read by Billy Crystal. So last night she was trying to read to DS. "DS, would you like to read my favorite pop-up book, by my favorite pop-up book writer, Billy Crystal? Billy Crystal writes THE BEST pop-up books. Thanks, Billy Crystal."
DS tells knock knock jokes. DS: "Nah nah!!" Us: "Who's there?" DS: "I no no" (I don't know). And he tilts his head, shrugs his shoulders and walks away.
