So every other week I make a huge batch of tomato sauce (or gravy for you Italians ). Tuesday I made pasta with chunks of pork and sausage. Tomorrow I'm making veal parm. Usually I serve it with a side salad to avoid doing another night of pasta but I'm bored of salad. Any suggestions?
