That white chocolate popcorn, where you pop popcorn, and drizzle melted white chocolate over it, then put it in the fridge to harden? Think I can make that tonight and put it in an airtight container to keep till sunday afternoon? Or will it be weird and stale? I'm making the girls popcorn for movie night, and figured I'd just make an extra batch now.
It's kind of messy and I want to get as much done before hand as I can since H had to leave town unexpectedly for a funeral (won't be home until late sunday - well after the party is done), so I'm on my own for party prep and execution.
I never put it in the fridge. I just spread it out on a countertop or table covered in parchment or wax paper, let it set for an hour or so, then put into covered containers.
