Last week was good, I got everything in. I'm feeling my bootcamp from yesterday thoug This week Today- lifting class Mon- yoga Tues- I think Ill try a short run Wed- lifting/ cardio combo Thurs- yoga hopefully Fri- rest Sat- bootcamp
I did two "CF insprired" WOs yesterday to get caught up on my calendar. I'm sore today but it was fun. I wanted to run outside since it's nice but it's so so windy. I might just walk it out on the treadmill later. I'm also feeling really sore and tight and sort of physically exhausted so I might just do a stretch video instead.
Tomorrow: Abs day Tuesday: Run Wednesday: CF inspired stuff Thursday: weights and resistance bands Friday: Some random video Saturday: run.
I'm not tied to days this week but I'm aiming to fit that all in on someday.
Last week didn't go as planned. Sick kids and snow. Blah.
I did manage to get three classes in, ripped, Zumba, and barre. But no running. I need to make it more of a priority if I'm ever going to really do it. Also, I'd like to get on an erg once or twice. I rowed for a year in college and loved it. I'd like to see if I can still do it lol.
This week: Today - maybe I'll run tonight M - rowing T - piyo W - Zumba, tap class Th - run, maybe piyo but it's a late class F - strength and stretch class with my barre instructor
This is my weekly plan for March: 2-3x 40-60 minute run easy pace 2x 70-90 minute run (one tempo, one interval) 1x long run (2-3 hrs) 2-3x strength
I am happy to say that even with an ice storm, a snow storm, and then more ice, I got it done last week! Woop! This week should be more fun b-c it will be warm. I'm thinking stroller run tomorrow. Very excited. The only problem is our hot water heater is broken and I am running out of clean work out clothes (and money. Shit needs to stop breaking!)
In less than a year we have gotten a new heating/AC unit, a new sink, and soon a new water heater all from the same company. I feel like we are single handedly keeping them in business.
I am feeling better, I'm glad the sun is shining for you. Apparently, all I needed was to get drunk and to get laid. A day of warm weather and getting out of the house with the kids has done wonders for me as well. Here's to spring!
Having DH in-between jobs has been awesome for my exercising life. Since Wednesday, I've been to one water aerobics class, one yoga class and I went to the gym tonight for a long workout that had my muscles shaking after.
Last week was hard. We had two unexpected snow days, so my soccer got canceled and I couldn't get out to run or to the gym for two days. Kids ruin everything
I did 3 miles today. Soccer Tuesday, 2 miles Wednesday, cross training Thursday, and 4 miles either Saturday or Sunday.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
We had snow that kept me away from the gym. I ran four times last week. I am happy the weather was warm and two runs were outside. I am up to 6W3D on C25K, which I will try tomorrow. I stopped lifting to give my legs a rest to get to the two mile run. I've been doing push-ups and squats randomly at home and walking at work.
I want to finish week 7 this week and continue to lift.
I am down a few pounds recently and can feel things fit looser.

Did pretty well this last week! Went to 5 Pure Barre classes since Monday. Plan for this week is to do another 5 and add in a walk or two now that the weather has perked up. No only if I could get my eating under control!
Did really good last week. Followed my plan I had put together for the week and got in 6 solid workouts.
This week is sking Sunday - Thursday with 2-3 days of some extra abs and arm workouts just for a little toning. I would like to say the skiing will be enough but we eat so much dam food on this trip I know it won't :-(.
I did a 5K on Saturday with M in the stroller, Sunday was crossfit day.
Every day this month is an ab/squat challenge my cousin is doing on FB.
I want to go to the gym during the week but after work is not good with M going to bed at 7. My office moves in two weeks and I will have to drive in early anyways so there is no more chance of me having to drop M off at school. I figured if I'm not seeing her in the morning already I could get up even earlier and go to the gym. 4 am wake up?!, that's crazy talk.
Saturday was 12 miles bike gym, 1 mile sprint on the treadmill. Yesterday 1 mile swim.
I'm hoping to take the jogging stroller out this week. Anything else will probably be exercise videos in the basement because it looks like DH has to go out of town again tomorrow.
