Tonight: buffalo chicken strips (no sauce for the kids ), salad, baked potato Monday- buffalo chicken pizza, plain chicken pizza for the kids Tuesday- bean tacos Wednesday- steak sandwiches, baked potato, beans Thursday- at my parents Friday- soup and sandwich or takeout
Yeah. Throwing "grilled octopus" in there like it ain't no thang.... lol
It's easier than anything! Just clean, boil, score so it doesn't curl and throw on the grill. The legs require absolutely no prep but throwing on the grill.
M- Taco soup T- Bacon wrapped broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken with rice W- pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes with another veggie, green beans?? T- all American cheeseburger soup F- chicken Parm meatballs with spaghetti and a salad

I'm eating out m, w, and Friday so not a whole lot! I realized I planned dinner with two different groups of friends in the same week. Oops. I'll pull out some prepared pulled pork and turkey from the freezer and dh will figure it out. I'm making rotisserie chicken tomorrow and will do that Thursday for leftovers but that's the extent of my cooking this week.
Also nope. I tried a few bites of some type of Greek salad before that had octopus in it, and I just couldn't bring myself to eat any parts with tentacles. I mean, I was pretty sure the tentacles could no longer suck onto the inside of my throat since it wasn't alive, but still...
Monday: chicken tacos Tuesday: pepper jack cheesy Mac and salad Wednesday: leftovers Thursday: French dip sandwiches mashed potatoes and salad Friday: homemade pizza and salad Saturday: we will be at a wedding
S-chicken fried steak, fresh green beans, roasted sweet potatoes M-honey glazed salmon, squash and zucchini, pasta or rice T-bacon grilled cheese, fruit W-meatballs, risotto, roasted carrots T-chicken parm, broccoli, penne pasta F-chicken taquitos, grilled pineapple S-beef and guiness stew
Do you have a recipe for the stew? I had Beef and Guinness at a pub in Ireland, and I can't even get close to replicating the flavor. I'd be willing to try again...
Saturday, baked chicken legs and broccoli or asparagus Sunday, roast beef with the other vegetable Monday, baked chicken breasts Tuesday, leftover roast beef (maybe a stew) Wednesday, shrimp and stir fried vegetables for DS (I don't like seafood), meatballs for me Thursday, pork
I have a freezer full of meat and stir-fry vegetables, but will need to pick up some fresh produce from the store this week as well (have a $2 off a $10 produce purchase coupon that I need to use).
