Call corporate and return to store. I wouldn't trust the store to relay the information
This. I emailed them a few weeks ago about a food product that tasted horrendous. They got back to me ASAP and we emailed several times. I got a target coupon in the mail for the cost of the item.
As much as I love Target, the customer service staff is lacking.
After Christmas I bought the boys some seasonal plates. They're plastic and look like cafeteria trays. I don't have a dish washer and we've only used them a few times. The paint comes off.
if you put your finger on the paint you can literally wipe it off.
would you return them to target or call corporate? I Just want to make sure they know of this issue.
Are they the big trays with Santa and HO HO HO ? Because that happened to me and thought it was gross too. I didn't know what to do with them...
