Tell me about getting your Mirena out

I thought it hurt to get out. I started birth control right away. Period was normal.

I totally forget so I guess I didn't feel anything, lol. I didn't have any blood baths.

It was a quick pinch, nothing that was memorable or painful afterward. I had some bleeding about 3 days later which I thought was a period, but in reality was just some type of "removal" bleeding. My actual period was a couple weeks later and from what I remember was about normal. I didn't start any BC as we were TTC.

I didn't even know it had come out. I was like, ok will this hurt? she said I'm already done. lol

I didn't realize it was out. That's how easy mine was.

Periods were amazing afterward. 3 days and done (better than the 2w on mirena).

Did not go back on any BC after.

It was fast and super easy -- I didn't have any pain at all.

A few days of Mirena withdrawal (Google it) and then I was back to normal. It was one of the best days of my life.

Another painless experience here. I was surprised. It was about 6 weeks until I got a period.

I had to get mine out unexpectedly, and didn't feel a thing. I only had mine about 2 months so no experience with how it affected my period.

Did not hurt to remove. My first 2-3 periods after were pretty heavy, but now they are ok. Pretty med flow, 3 days and little cramping.

Easy peasy. From start to finish was mayyyybe 5 mins. Dr asked me to cough and bam... out.

It was a 2 second pinch, a minor cramp, and voila. Empty ute.
