I would also be a bit weirded out if I saw a roll of paper towels in someone's bathroom.
Here's what I do if I want to avoid a damp handtowel: after washing my hands I run my fingers through my hair to tame some of the frizzies. Dries my hands and fixes my hair at the same time!
Or people could start installing those wall-mounted blower hand dryers on their bathroom walls. No word of a lie, I saw these for sale this past weekend, I just can't remember where...

Honestly, I would in a heartbeat if I had my own house and could afford to install one. They help keep bathrooms clean and are less germy etc.
Not a big ole industrial store one but a small household sized one that looked nice? absolutely.
The one I saw was pretty industrial-sized looking; maybe they need to be that big to work well enough? I thought it would be odd to see that on someone's bathroom wall, but I guess they kind of do make sense...

I admit, I would get a chuckle out of big old store hand dryer in a small residential bathroom. lol

I've never seen a paper towel roll (with rack or otherwise) in someone's bathroom and would definitely think it was weird. I can understand getting the fancy paper hand towels if you're having a really big party, but otherwise I can't imagine a need for paper towels in the bathroom.
As far as the hand dryers, I would think that was even weirder lol! I have a built in hair dryer (like you see in hotels) in my downstairs bathroom and think it's freaking bizarre. No need to kill trees or waste electricity every time you wash your hands.
I think it's NOT necessary to take a shower everyday. I take one EOD and it's fine. I only wash my hair 2x a week. It took a while to train it to do that.
My friend takes 14+ showers a week. That's insane to me. My skin would fall off.

ETA: Whoops, forgot to say NOT
My DH takes 14 showers a week - he's very clean. He only washes his hair once a day, though.
I feel gross if I don't take a shower every day, but that's just me.

I shower daily. I work out for an hour a day, mostly running. Nobody would want to be near me I I didn't shower after. But I only wash my hair 2-3x a week.
I am not sure if this is an UO of FFC, but I hate hand dryers and refuse to use them. I recall reading an article about how they actually spread bacteria and it is better to wipe your hands dry on your pants if paper towels are not an option. I avoid them at all costs, even if it was bedazzled in someone's home.

If we're confessing (which to me this is totally a confession because this isn't my preference) I only shower 4 times a week or so. Mostly because I'm lazy, but partially because I really struggle to get out the door in 45 minutes in the morning and I refuse to get up any earlier. I've learned to wake up without a shower, but I still miss it.

yeah my kids sleep through everything. haha.
No no no, I meant that he loves those & would get up just to use it at all hours of the night. Lately he's been getting up & rearranging his room, going into the living room to play, opening the coat closet & dragging over the Ottoman to climb up & get my boxing gloves...... :/
He is now locked in his room for his own safety, FFTC
I only have issues with them when it is near the end and naked, showing all the stretch marks in their glory. I don't want to see your stretch marked belly, I have my own to look at if I was to see them...lol.
My UO: I think washing sheets once a month is fine. ha I do wash every 2 weeks because I love the clean laundry smell and prefer it but I don't think it's a big deal if others go once a month if they don't feel they are dirty.
I cant stand when people have towels in their bathrooms for hand drying at parties and they are damp from previous use. I get grossed out. lol
But what are you supposed to do if you have a party? Leave a roll of paper towels in there? Or a stack of 30 hand towels?
We've put out both clean towles plus a little basket on the sink with individual, decorative (disposable) paper towels for drying.

I take a shower every week, mostly because I exercise (and sweat like a man) most days. I only wash my hair 2-3x a week, though (so my actual showers are generally 5 minutes or less).

Paper towels in a bathroom don't exist. Right? Those decorative napkins? Sure. MIL uses those because the towel thing grosses her out. Speaking of showering…I shower daily but wash my hair every 2 weeks or so. Woot! Getting it blown out tomorrow and will consider washing many weeks later.
