How was everyone's week? I lost 2.8 pounds this week! I am traveling for work next week so I won't be able to check in but I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
Down 1.8 from my massive 3 lb gain last week. Still touch and go with tracking, but getting better and I've stopped the "Oh well, o didn't track yesterday, so screw it!"
I held steady, but am hoping to be down another pound next week. I'm struggling a bit with assigning points for restaurant foods when we aren't eating at chain restaurants. I try to overestimate, but sometimes the WW site isn't super clear.
