did you get your mail yet today? I would wait to make sure it's not in there, USPS tracking is wrong for me a lot. But if it isn't you should be getting a full refund if she ok'd the date with you
Is it at your local post office/ups/fedex and not being delivered until tomorrow? If so, can you pick it up there? I know it's a PITA but at least then you'd have the item.
It'll be at the post office tomorrow. My husband is a mailman and is saying I won't be able to pick it up. He also looked at it and said she didn't pay for express shipping.
That is really shitty of her! I would contact her today, after the mail arrives w/o the package and let her know it missed the deadline. And then send a picture of the label when you get it, asking (demanding?) a refund since she didn't ship as promised.

I would definitely ask for a refund. I wonder if this is the same place I got DD's birthday shirt from. She was awful to deal with but luckily it finally came the day I needed it (and I ordered it two months in advance).

Yeah, wait until it comes and confirm and then I'd contact her and AT MINIMUM expect a refund of the shipping cost. That's BS for her to take your money and not give you what was agreed upon.
This is what I would do too. WTF that she just pocketed the extra money you paid for shipping!
