I personally think you get what you pay for. I too love the CH Air Bacara, and my Gap flats, while cheaper, haven't compared to the CH. If you're looking for a trendy color (or a pair that you won't wear often), I'd say go for the Gap. If you're looking for something that will last, sustainable, and will be for consistent wear, I'd rather pay extra and go with the CH.
My Gap flats aren't anywhere near comfy as my CH, and certainly didn't last as long.
