Does she only get bottles before bed and MOTN? How much food is she eating?
From like 15-18 months C needed an extra "snack" about an hour before bed. Usually it was Cheerios or a pouch. Sometimes it was almost a whole meal. She was gearing up for a huge growth spurt that happened right around 18 months.

DD went through a phase of waking up between 1-3am. First I was nursing her, and then I decided this was crazytown, she's not hungry. So, I decided to let her CIO. I usually let her cry 10-15 min, then after that I check to make sure she's not poopy, or something else wrong. If I go in right away, it's a recipe for disaster. I try to give her the opportunity to go back to sleep.
I don't know about the bigger night time diapers, it's possible. Thankfully we have not had this problem..yet. I'm sure it's coming.
As far as sleep training - We didn't have to do much in the way of sleep training. I've had to let her CIO a handful of times, but she is generally a really good sleeper so once she figured it out, she was good to go.
Shot suck. I hate them. P FREAKED OUT yesterday when we took her to the pedi for her f/u. She was ok in the waiting room, but once we got in the room, it was game over. she lost her mind.. I can hardly wait for her next well visit in 10 days. ugh.
