I have had some clogged ducts, what's helped me is a super hot shower and massaging the breast before feeding/pumping. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon!

A few suggestions: Drag a soapy, wide-toothed comb over the clog in the shower Massage the clog toward the nipple while you pump Take a lecithin supplement Dangle feed
Massages in a hot shower and hot compresses seemed to help me. If you are getting clogs consider trying lecithin.
If you are getting worse definitely go back to the doc. You might even need a different antibiotic. I started feeling better after 24-48 hours on antibiotics but had lingering soreness for a week or two.
Call your doctor and let him/her know that your symptoms don't seem to be getting better. I wouldn't wait until Monday. You may need a different antibiotic. They should make a noticeable difference in 24-48 hours. I tried at least 3 or 4 because nothing was working.
I got some relief by taking a hot bath and leaning over into the tub and massaging my breast really hard (pushing from above the clog toward the nipple). It was really painful, but it helped a little.
Try a warm/hot compress before pumping and then massage while pumping, too.

The meds did make a big difference. I don't have the flu symptoms anymore. I have a new spot that feels clogged/painful though.
I don't know your backstory with nursing /pumping, but If your baby can nurse, I would do so as much as possible. Like hang out in bed topless and nurse nurse nurse and watch TV/snuggle for hours. I did hot compress in between, combing and massaging in the shower too.
Just wanted to comeriserst. I ended up with mastitis last Saturday and it sucks. I wish I had some advice but my dd is only 3 weeks old so I still am learning. (Long story but I'm exclusively pumping too). Some stuff that has helped was drinking lots of water, pumping regularly, Advil, cold/hot compresses, rest & this sounds funny but actually helped the most- bend over when you are doing compressions/massage in the shower. You feel redic but I think gravity helps work out the plugged ducts. Oh I try massage the spots while pumping too.

Well, that's probably kind of good news. A clogged duct rather than an infected clogged duct (mastitis). See if you can find some soy lecithin. That's supposed to help clear/prevent clogged ducts. I think you can get if at GNC.
