It's probably been a week since P pooped. He's a gassy hot mess. He is ripping awful smelling farts but no poop. His legs are all stiff and he's screeching in pain almost constantly--he barely slept last night.
We've tried gas drops, bicycling, tummy massage and nothing. Help!

Fairly firm back rubs helped ds2, as did holding him up in a sitting position. Avoid citrus and caffeine to prevent further gassiness (you bf right?) Dress him in his Sunday best?
We had the same problem with c for the first couple months. Our pedi suggested rectal stim using a thermometer and when that didn't work we gave 1/4 of a glycerin suppository which worked quickly and well

S is also an infrequent pooper, about every 7-10d on her own. Her siblings went several times a day! Anyhow, like a pp mentioned, I use glycerin suppositories for her. I use the liquid ones in the little bulb. A rectal thermometer would be my next go to if we didn't have the glycerin in the house.
ETA- I've had to use them 3 times in the almost 10 wks since she was born. Last night she got one after 7 days no poop.
