My first Blue Apron meal.

Thanks ijack for the coupon. I do a little bit of cooking here and there, but I was initially intimidated by all the ingredients and instructions, but it actually turned out well. I made creamed Kale, roasted fingerling potatoes and flank steak. So far neither DH or I have any signs of food poisoning.

That was my thought!  Granted I eat a ton because DS2 is still nursing, but I think I'd still be starving after that much food.  It looks delicious, though!

I got the 4 serving option.  It came with 4 flank steaks and that was one of them. It seemed like a decent amount.  I was full when I was done.

We did ours this weekend too. First time. We also made the steak, fingerling potatoes and creamed spinach. Last night we made the chicken casserole with drop biscuits. Yum!

The casserole was defiantly enough for 4 people, the steak maybe not.
