When should I be concerned about DD1 not eating?

DD1 was sick on Saturday morning. She threw up from 4-6am. Hasn't since. Other than a couple pb crackers on Saturday afternoon and 2 cups of coconut milk (one yesterday and one this morning), DD1 hasn't eaten since Friday night. When should I be concerned?

I'd be more concerned about the lack of fluids. Can you try gatorade or something that might be a special treat? I may put a call into the pedi just to see what their threshold is. Is she acting normally otherwise?

DD just got over gastro. She barely ate anything from Tuesday to Saturday. I echo PP who said to focus on fluids.

DD was fine, minus the vomiting/diarrhea and was nursing regularly. It took nearly a week from the time she first vomited until she got her appetite back. I posted a few days ago asking the same question! I would still call the pedi just in case, mainly for peace of mind!
