So I'm reading The Girl on the Train (no spoilers)

I started it over the weekend and it's addicting.  I couldn't sleep last night because of a combination of my acid reflux, my cats puking and B being sad we forgot to give him his water bottle so I stayed up really late reading.  It's getting to the point where I am SO UNCOMFORTABLE that I figure this must be leading up to the end of the book because there is so much dramatic tension.

Then I click on progress and realize I'm only 35% done.

WTF I don't know how I can go on.  I'm going to be tense all week.

Anyone else reading/read this?

A fb friend of mine posted SO much about this freaking book - mostly just tons of reviews of the book. She works for the publishing company. I had no interest in it, but now I might need to take a look!

I read it a couple weeks ago and had the same experience of "it must be almost over now" but I was still far from the end.

I figured it out pretty early into the book, which always disappoints me. I did really enjoy it though, although I agree that it didn't quite live up to the hype.

I just finished it. I actually was able to predict the ending pretty early on which my fil (who recommended the book) insisted would not happen.
