Our pediatrician said the BRAT diet - bananas, rice, apple(sauce), toast.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate (We gave water, and apple juice. I had to syringe pedialyte into her mouth a couple of times)
Now, with that being said, DD wouldn't eat any of the BRAT diet other than toast. We googled and googled and decided to just give her whatever she would eat, but seriously limiting dairy and absolutely no acidic foods like citrus or tomatoes. She mostly ate noodles and graham crackers. We did give her a few strawberries at first because it was literally the only thing she didn't turn down.

ditto the probiotics and bananas.
Also, get some really good diaper cream - triple paste or the like. Diarrhea gives DD terrible diaper rash so we change every time she goes, and cover her with thick cream.
We delt with this for 5 days last week. She was out of daycare all week from it. Get triple paste - I am now sold on it's amazing-ness. 5 full days of diarrhea and no rash!
Try to push the BRAT diet. Yogurt helps too. It sucks but whatever bug it is just has to work it's way out.
