Sun: Steak, rice, roasted tomatoes & eggplant Mon: Chicken on pitas with all the fixin's Tue: Something egg-based, I'm thinking a frittata... Wed: Going to attempt Salisbury Steak for the first time, with mashed potatoes, gravy & probably corn Thu: Salmon, rice & green beans Fri: Sausages on hoagie rolls & coleslaw
Today was supposed to be sloppy joes w/ homemade bread, roasted veggies and oven fries. But I had a long day so just sandwiches/leftovers Tues - hashbrown casserole, eggs, bacon, biscuits Wed - grilled chicken salad Thurs - Marinated pork loin, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies Friday - homemade pizza Saturday - roasted veggie and black bean burritos. I'll use shredded chicken for DH & the kids. Mexican rice

Rosemary beef roast, biscuits and salad Bean soup, bread and salad Pepper stuffed pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts Spinach ravioli with Alfredo sauce and green beans and broccoli Leftovers and pizza will fill in the rest of the week.
Tonight: we are having ginormous hamburgers with curly fries T: steak, cheesy scalloped potatoes, green beans, crescent rolls W: teriyaki chicken and rice bowls T: unstuffed pork chops, cinnamon apples F: chicken and dumplings S: pepper steak with rice
H brought home a huge box of beef and now I have more meat than I know what to do with.
