I have wanted a bike since forever, but I always felt like I was way too fat (obese actually). I had lost some weight in the last 2 years and since then have wanted one, so I finally bought one.
First time out was Thursday - 3.33 miles Saturday - 3.81
Today?
5.08 miles!!! OMG! I feel great. This ride was SO much easier than the first two. I ride with a friend and it is all hills and curves but damn do I feel proud.
I feel like I can really lose weight this year now! Actually, I feel like a badass.
That's fantastic! I adore going biking, it's one of the things I'm mostly looking forward to the summer. .
Before you know it you'll be doing a 20 miler like it's no big thing (it's especially fun when strategically stopping at different restaurants for food. Heh)
