What's your favorite gymnastics/bodyweight movement? Least favorite? Well, I'm not really very good at any of them, haha. Freestanding handstand holds may be the most frustrating...I do not seem to get any better no matter how much I practice. Do rope climbs count here? Because if so, that's my favorite. Otherwise C2B because I can do them finally! Even though mine suck and will continue to frustrate me as I try to improve them, for now we're friends
Favorite barbell movement? Power snatch...when I actually manage a nice one that just feels right Least favorite? Thrusters forever and ever
Favorite metabolic movement (run/row/jump rope/etc): Rowing. I know, I'm the only one.
Favorite girl WOD? I do hate thrusters, but I'd like to redo Fran now that I can do it Rx (last time I did it, I didn't have my pull ups yet). My time will probably be like 20 minutes, but then I can work on improving! I like Grace and Isabel but can't do them Rx yet, so I feel like that's cheating to answer one of those.

Favorite barbell movement? Least favorite? I love power cleans. I detest thrusters and no matter how much I do them, I never get any better.
Favorite metabolic movement (run/row/jump rope/etc): Probably DUs. I'm not fantastic at them, but I definitely prefer them over running/rowing/ADing.

Worst WOD you've ever done? 5 rounds - 1000m row, 15 thrusters, 15 burpees, 15 pull-ups. The first time I tried it, I quit and cried the whole drive home. The second time it took me over an hour. The third time was 47 minutes.
What's your favorite gymnastics/bodyweight movement? Least favorite? I would like HSPU if I could do them. I really can't do many or any of them. I don't think I'd like C2B but only because I just don't know how or when I'll ever get to that. If rope climbs work here then I take rope climbs as my favorite ever.
Favorite barbell movement? Least favorite? Power clean is my fave. Snatch is my least fave.
Favorite metabolic movement (run/row/jump rope/etc): Run but that is only a recent fave.

What's your favorite gymnastics/bodyweight movement? Least favorite? Probably pull ups, only because I'm the most proficient at them. Least is definitely toes to bar-I hate them.
Favorite barbell movement? Least favorite? This is hard for me because really, I love it all except Thrusters... but I also feel like THrusters are a metabolic movement more than a weightlifting movement, at least for me. Power clean and split jerk are prob my over favorites though. Then back squat.
Favorite metabolic movement (run/row/jump rope/etc): I love to row SHORT distances, haha. So prob double unders.
Favorite girl WOD? Grace, Grace and Grace. Or Isabel. I love them both. And I don't like many others-haha.
Worst WOD you've ever done? First time I ever attempted Linda was awful... but really 14.4 was awful for me. The 50 T2B was so defeating. 14.5 was prob the most gassed I've been.

If you want my least favorite weightlifting movement, it's squat snatch because I CANNOT. My squat struggles are serious business, and while I can squat clean ok (still prefer power), within the snatch that bottom position is the opposite of stable or comfortable for me.

Exactly the same for me! I am so confident in my power snatch and my squat snatch is mediocre at best. But like you, my squat clea is respectable.
And I'm a cheater because I wrote the poll and then disagreed with the question-oops.
What's your favorite gymnastics/bodyweight movement? Least favorite? My favorite is usually toes to bar. I'm far from awesome at them, but I love that I can do them. I am going to do some work on them in the coming weeks to hopefully improve drastically. Least favorite is probably push ups. They make me feel weak. And I'm terrified to get in a handstand position....some day, some day.
Favorite barbell movement? Least favorite? My favorite is probably deadlifts simply because it is my strongest lift and makes me feel badass. Although, my snatches have come a LONG WAY this strength cycle (I spent our whole last cycle working on my OH squats to get stronger and more comfortable in that position). I went from not even being able to OH squat the 35# bar six months ago so doing 3x3 squat snatches with 65# last week. My least favorite is strict press. They are HARD and make me feel like a weakling.

Worst WOD you've ever done? Probably Karen. I HATE wallballs. HATE. So that was pretty mentally grueling. I did get a lot more efficient with them by the end throgu. So there's that.

Word. Almost 5 years later, I'm still doing dynamic step ups off 16 - 18 in box. Jumping up and down (or over) a 24, when you are under 60 inches is a no go for me.
I hate it when box jumps occur immediately after rowing in a workout. I have to do step-ups or I WILL fail and eat it on a box.

Least favorite: pull ups and T2B, I really need to work on getting over my fear of the bar. The funny thing is I have made so many improvements on both of them in the last couple months, and while I am far from proficient in either, I CAN do both. They've just been a thorn in my side for so long I don't know how to quit hating them!
Favorite barbell movement? Least favorite? Favorite: Clean Least Favorite: Honestly, none, I don't even hate thrusters. I get so intimidated when it comes to gymnastics stuff, but I love anytime there is a barbell involved because I can pretty much RX all the lifts when the are programmed in a WOD.
Favorite metabolic movement (run/row/jump rope/etc): Favorite: Row, love to row! Least favorite: Double unders. Anyone have any tips. I can do them consistently with a single jump in between. How do I lose that single jump in between??

Worst WOD you've ever done? For me, it's really anything that I know is going to take me over 25 minutes or so. It doesn't really matter the movements, I just find it takes me some time to get mentally there.
