Uniqlo question - issues with ordering?

Those who have bought from Uniqlo online, have you had issues with order processing?  My card payment didn't go through, but I figured it might be the address (I have moved twice in the past six months), so I tried it a couple of times.  Never went through, but now I have three charges on my cc anyway.

They said that the money will go back into my account in a week, so not really a problem, just seriously annoying.  Just let me buy your shit, people!
