We have our mini trial tomorrow and the judge will decide if xh will be allowed visitation before we go to mediation. This order will be temporary but it's important because xh is supposed to have P over spring break. And I just hope and pray that doesn't happen. I hope tomorrow goes well and the judge sees that this isn't safe for P and denies the visitation.

Please send positive vibes and good thoughts.

Yes. I updated awhile ago. Short version; xh made an ass of himself and p called him out on trying to tell him to lie on his behalf. It was kind of a waste of time. Essentially xh doesn't believe that anything really happened to him. :/

I'm sorry, I missed your update.

Will this be documented and/or brought up to the judge?? You may not see this until post-trial so I'm crossing all digits and sending T&Ps that the judge decides what is in the best interest of P...and that the judge is made aware of the full picture and sees your DBxH for what he is...and protects P.

I hope that today ends with a huge relief and smile for you!

There really wasn't anything in the counseling session that was reportable. Of course I documented everything on my calendar and that will be seen in mediation.
