I definitely think it could be easily updated to fit your style more, by adding some warm colors, changing the light fixtures, etc. Like everyone else said, the sinks are weird.
Random note: I have that same comforter.
Focus on the bones: the colors of the floors, the cabinets and tile, the stone fireplace. Are those things, taken out of context, things you like that could fit your style? Your color palette, furnishings, and decor will make a huge difference in the feel once you've got it all in there.
I agree with a lot of the other comments. The outside is interesting, but to me it looks too severe or stark (those descriptors aren't right but I can't think of the right word}. The master bath sinks can be easily changed. The stonework is awesome and I could see that patio being an absolute dream escape!
I like the first light fixture you posted, but I admittedly don't like wood fixtures. Would one of those barn/warehouse lights work well? Some of these are great and some of them are absolutely terrible
House floor plans/layouts are a huge factor, and with such a contemporary/quirky house I would want to make sure that the layout is what you want. If it's good enough for now and you want to possibly changing things in the future make sure you find out where the load bearing walls are, how much room you have to do an addition to push out, what the zoning restrictions are especially if you want to build up, and any environmental or energy requirements you need to comply with or could get a tax credit for.

Nice. As long as an owner doesn't veer too kitschy in an effort to combat minimalism (cough, cough:::IKEA flower balls, I'm looking at you:::cough, cough), it could work.
I like the concept of the house, but I have some major issues with the execution.
1. Where the hell is the work triangle in the kitchen? If you have to go around that weird long useless island to get between the sink and the stove you are going to go insane. Also - Where is the fridge? When you go there walk around the kitchen like you would usually use it, because that layout is the strangest thing that I have ever seen. I would also hate all that exposed shelving in the island since I would obsess over making sure that everything looked perfect in there all the time. I couldn't handle it. I would want to find out if the flooring extended seamlessly below the island in order to be able to remove or shorten it.
2. The bathroom vanities need to go. I need counter space and that is awkward looking.
3. Find out how old the house is and when the exterior masonry walls were built and if any work has been done to them. You might be ok since you don't have the same freeze thaw cycle in TX and issues with water ingress, but in my area masonry generally needs to be repointed every 60 or so years. That being said, most people don't do it since the damage isn't visible from the outside, and then they tend to have water damage issues inside their walls which they don't know about. I might want to have a stone work expert look it over during inspection as well.
4. Otherwise I love it. I also like the fixtures you picked out and I think they could really soften the interior. I grew up in a zany house full of angles and exposed cedar components that was all white and I absolutely love the look. DH would hate it. Sigh.
I'm not crazy about the bathrooms. I'd change out the sinks for sure.
I haven't seen it in person yet, and I'm nervous about the wood on the walls in the hallway and living room. It would be one of those things that could just photograph awesome and not look so great IRL.
I love the outside and the patio. Kitchen is great too.
The sinks are very small!
I also can see how the wood may photograph awesome but not look great in person, would you consider doing reno's?

The stonework is awesome. I could see this fitting in with your style (from what I've seen on IG), especially if you were ok with redoing the bathrooms to your taste. I'm curious about what area it's in...
